For the fall semester StudentPulse is looking for an Intern who is currently studying, Design, Technology & Business, Multimedia design, or another design focused education.

If the answer is yes, then the internship as a Designer & UX Specialist in StudentPulse is the position for you! At StudentPulse our main focus is to help educational institutions doing more of the things that matter to students - by continuously gathering and analysing data throughout each student's journey. 

What do we offer?

As an Intern in StudentPulse you will become a part of a professional team where we have different backgrounds, ranging from software development and UX/design, to business development, product management and customer success. Further you will be a part of CompanYoung's internship programme providing you with a great opportunity to create a professional network with fellow students from a wide range of backgrounds. As a Designer & UX Specialist Intern you will:

• Get to produce the highest quality in-app/platform design which is in alignment with the visual identity of StudentPulse
  
• Create content for advertising purposes such as different marketing material in the form of pictures, illustrations and texts for website and SoMe. If you also have experience with (or interest in) animation-design, motion-graphics or video content this would be valued as well
• Learn about the connections that design and development have to each other as well as collaborating with our developers on solutions and new functionalities for our software and products

Who are you?

Your StudentPulse colleagues are ambitious and adaptable - so of course you are too! For our internships we employ the people who are most suitable for the company, so we encourage you to apply for the position even though you do not have all the competencies listed bellow.

Though, to succeed in this role it is important that you are outgoing and can see yourself working in collaboration with people from different backgrounds while still having the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks. You should be passionate about your field of work and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. You need to be quality-conscious and put your heart into the initiatives and concepts you create.

We are open for different profiles, educational backgrounds as well as different skill-sets. For this position we advise you to apply if the work tasks and company sound interesting - that said we would prefer if you;

• are creative, open-minded, impact-oriented and not afraid of sharing your ideas
• are an expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Mostly Adobe XD and Illustrator) and/or Figma or similar
• are highly interested in user interfaces and user behaviour
• understand simple coding (html, css)

You receive thorough training in our customer systems and platforms, and we give you the necessary skills to be able to work independently on your tasks. Your work assignments can also be adapted on an ongoing basis if there are areas in the business that you find relevant in relation to your education.
